| 1、目测，外观:表面无脏污、破损，电感量标识完整、清晰、型号规格正确，引线脚无氧化、弯曲、变形。 1. Visual inspection, appearance: the surface is not dirty, damaged, inductance marking is complete, clear, model specifications are correct, lead pin no oxidation, bending, deformation. 2、测量，结构尺寸：电感主体尺寸、引线脚尺寸应符合装配或样品要求。 2, measurement, structure size: inductor size and lead pin size shall be in accordance with assembly or sample requirements. 3、测试，插件电感引脚抗折性：经抗折后，引线脚无松动、脱落。 3, test, plug-in inductance pin folding resistance: after folding, the lead pin does not loose and fall off. 4、测量，电气性能：电感量、阻抗、品质因素符合产品规格书要求。 4, measurement, electrical properties: inductance, impedance and quality factors meet the requirements of product specification. 5、试装，经可焊性试验后，引线脚浸锡部分上锡面应在98%以上。（将电感器引线脚在锡炉中浸锡3-5S后取出（锡炉温度在245±5℃）） 5. Trial fitting. After solderability test, the tin surface of the tin part on the lead foot should be over 98%. (remove the inductor pin from the tin furnace after 3-5S dip. (tin furnace temperature is 245 + 5 degrees C). |
