电感器的识读与质量检测
一般色环电感是用绿色做底色,而电阻一般是用棕黄色、蓝色或灰白色做底色。
Generally, the colour ring inductor is used as the background colour in green, while the resistance is usually used as the background colour in brown, yellow, blue or gray-white.
指针式万用表检测电感器好坏的方法:将指针式万用表转换开关置于Rx1挡,红、黑表笔各接电感的任一引脚,根据测出的电阻值大小,可具体分为下述有三种情况进行鉴别:
The method of detecting inductor by pointer multimeter is that the switch of pointer multimeter is placed in Rx1 block, and any pin of inductance of red and black pens is connected. According to the measured resistance value, it can be distinguished into three kinds of situations as follows:
①被测线圈或色码电感器电阻值为零,其内部有短路性故障。
The resistance value of the coil or color code inductor is zero, and there is a short circuit fault in it.
②表针转动,被测电感有电阻值读数,电阻值大小与绕制电感器绕圈所用漆包线线径、绕制圈数有直接关系,只要能测出电阻值,则可认为被测绕圈或电感基本正常。
(2) When the dial pin rotates, the measured inductance has resistance value reading. The resistance value is directly related to the diameter of enameled wire and the number of winding cycles used for winding inductors. As long as the resistance value can be measured, the measured winding or inductance can be regarded as basically normal.
③表针不动,被测电感电阻值为无穷大,说明其内部有开路故障。
(3) The meter needle is fixed and the measured inductance resistance value is infinite, which indicates that there is an open circuit fault in it.
