电容电感检测仪注意事项
1、试验电压:不了解试品阻抗的情况下可以先用 2V试测,如果试验电流小于 1A可以改用 25V测量。
1. Test Voltage: Without knowing the impedance of the sample, it can be tested with 2V first. If the test current is less than 1A, it can be measured with 25V instead.
2、电流检测:钳形 CT夹到需要测量电流的部位。例如可以夹到连接电容的引线上而不一定是电容的套管。如果是测量总电流,也可以直接夹到电压引线上。
2. Current detection: pincers CT clamp to the place where current needs to be measured. For example, it can be clamped to the lead connecting the capacitor, not necessarily the bushing of the capacitor. If the total current is measured, it can also be directly clamped to the voltage lead.
3、钳形 CT朝向:要求将电流钳的正面朝向红夹子(即 2V或20V)方向,此时仪器自动区分电容、电感或者电阻。
3. Clamp CT orientation: It is required that the front of the current clamp be oriented towards the red clamp (i.e. 2V or 20V), at which time the instrument automatically distinguishes capacitance, inductance or resistance.
4、磁场干扰:建议钳型 CT远离仪器 1米以上。如果测量一个漏磁严重的电感,建议远离电感 1米以上。
4. Magnetic field interference: It is suggested that clamp-type CT should be more than 1 meter away from the instrument. If a serious leakage inductance is measured, it is recommended to stay away from the inductance for more than 1 meter.
5、低电感(感抗)和大电容:夹子应尽量靠近试品引出线端子。
5. Low inductance (inductance) and large capacitance: The clamp should be as close as possible to the test lead-out terminal.
6、测量过程:接线完毕启动测量电源。测量过程中,不要移动电压线,不要触摸或移动钳型 CT。
6. Measuring process: Start measuring power supply after wiring. During the measurement process, do not move the voltage line, do not touch or move the clamp CT.
