避雷器放电计数器测试仪使用方法与注意事项
使用方法与注意事项：
Use methods and precautions:
1、使用前应先在仪器尾部插孔插接好随机附带的地线插头，接地线夹接地。
1. The grounding plug should be inserted into the jack at the tail of the instrument before use, and the grounding wire clamp should be grounded.
2、根据计数器安装高度，在未接通电源前将头部伸缩导电杆拉出到合适长度。
2. According to the installation height of the counter, the head telescopic conductive rod is pulled out to the appropriate length before the power supply is turned on.
3、电源开关设在器身与头部之间，任意方向旋转90度，听到“喀嗒”声后即表示电源接通，反之为电源关闭。接通电源后绿灯亮，待红灯亮（约3～5秒）即可通过头部伸缩导电杆对避雷器计数器进行测试。
3. The power switch is located between the body and the head. It rotates 90 degrees in any direction. When the "click" sound is heard, it means that the power is connected, otherwise the power is turned off. When the green light is turned on and the red light is turned on (about 3-5 seconds), the arrester counter can be tested by the telescopic conductive pole at the head.
4、打开电源后严禁用手触摸伸缩导电杆，以防触电。

5、该仪器无须关闭电源可反复进行测试（仪器内部储能电容每次充电时导电杆应离开被试品）。
5. The instrument can be tested repeatedly without switching off the power supply (the conductive rod should leave the subject when the energy storage capacitor inside the instrument is charged each time).
6、试验完毕后，先关闭电源，然后将头部导电杆对尾部地线放电后，才可将仪器收起。

7、该仪器采用四节一号电池供电，可供大于2000次的放电测试。若电池电量不足时会延长充电时间，应及时更换。
