1、目测，外观:表面无脏污、破损，电感量标识完整、清晰、型号规格正确，引线脚无氧化、弯曲、变形。

2、测量，结构尺寸：电感主体尺寸、引线脚尺寸应符合装配或样品要求。

3、测试，插件电感引脚抗折性：经抗折后，引线脚无松动、脱落。

4、测量，电气性能：电感量、阻抗、品质因素符合产品规格书要求。

5、试装，经可焊性试验后，引线脚浸锡部分上锡面应在98%以上。（将电感器引线脚在锡炉中浸锡3-5S后取出（锡炉温度在245±5℃））
