开关电源安规测试需要注意的问题
第一:安全距离规范

下面所说的涉及安规的问题,只针对初、次级及高压,大电流区域PCB布板。

交流输入L-N,N-GND,L-GND间距必须大于3.5毫米;初级整流滤波电容正;负级间距须大于4毫米;初、次级间距须大于6毫米(光耦处间距最小);次级电路电压小于48V的区域布板时一般不作安全间距要求。

交流3000V,1分钟打耐压, 漏电流设为10mA。耐压仪指示漏电流<10mA, 且无飞弧现象为合格。

输入–大地耐压测试

输出–大地耐压测试
